This is the new wiki for the World of Warcraft guild Alea Iacta Est on the Earthen Ring US realm.  We are a diverse Horde guild with over 4000 members.  We encourage our members to try different aspects of the game that they might not have tried before and provide an environment with little pressure or angst.

Welcome to the Alea Iacta Est Wiki

Alea Iacta Est is an online gaming community that grew out of a World of Warcraft guild started in early 2007 as a fan guild for The Instance Podcast. The name means, "the die has been cast," and is attributed to Julius Caesar as he cross the River Rubicon in 49 BCE.

Since its founding, Alea Iacta Est has grown into a community of several thousand members spanning multiple online role playing games and game networks. Alea Iacta Est focuses on enjoying game content in a family-friendly environment built on mutual courtesy and respect.
