Gear Requirements

Your gear will be expect to be at approximately the gear level of the raids just preceding the current content we are working on.

It will also be expect to be enchanted properly, gemmed, and have proper enhancements such as shoulder and head rep enhancements, and belt buckles etc..

You will be required to have the following things ready PRIOR to your scheduled time to raid:

1. Food - have your best stat food ready and in your bag
2. Flasks - Have your best stat flask, bring atleast 3 since we can go 3 hours at one time.
3. Repair - Be fully repaired prior to raid time
4. On Site - Be at the raiding site, or heading that way prior to raid time. Do not wait for summons... what if everyone else was waiting for someone else to summon? No one would be there. Don't let the person be you.
5. Study fights - Try to read up on specific fights, and what your role is in them. This information can be found at bosskillers.com. I am going to try to post what encounters we will be facing for any upcoming week and post them so we can do the required reading up. This will cut down on wipes and speed our progress.
6. Study loot - Look at the loot available and compare it to your current gear. Use wowhead or the ingame mod atlasloot. This will make decisions a lot faster when the item drops for you will already know what you need etc. Keep in mind if you want it for On spec or Off spec etc.
7. Reagents - Have all the reagents you will need for raid buffs etc.
