Most spots will need people who can fill multiple roles as one of the main issues with a 10 man is simply keeping a consistent Roster. Also for making the group i will be trying to diversify the group in terms of class, best case scenario 1 of each and only doubles when it comes to backup. However this never happens but i will be aiming for it. So if you notice someone with the same class already in the raid group it may take a little for me to get back to you as im most likely waiting it out.
As of now all we need are dedicated backups, these are people we can call on consistently if needed to fill in for a raid and will be given priority as a normal raider for that lockout except when dealing with progression.

Requirements

Ilvl 378 Required(no PVP Gear)
Gear Enchanted and Gemmed
LFR Completed(does not need to be on the same character)
4/8 Normal Dragon Soul Completed(does not need to be on the same character)

Type of people

Looking for those that like to have fun while raiding, joke around, be able to take criticism , work towards goals, and be able to be prepared before the raid . Meaning having some idea on fights and having Potions, also the ability to look up on your own your gearing/spec/rotation and the ability when possible to alert the group of your absence . VOIP is Required so have a working mic.

Bonus

This alone will not get you into the group however something i like to do is make raid videos, both just simply to watch for fun and informative as it is a good way to analyze a fight we are having issues with and for those who are a backup it is a great way for them to catch up to speed and spend less time explaining. So if your computer can record while keeping a high FPS to raid with and you also have a high enough resolution(to keep consistency) please say so that you would be willing to do such a thing. In no way is this a requirement.

This has been postponed till Warruzz gets a new video card.
