A new raid group focused on progression. We are a relaxed but focused group that will try to keep things fun and interesting.<br>

Our schedule is weekends usually Friday and/or Saturday starting at 9PM and ending whenever we decide to call it.<br>
Invites start at 8:55. Goal is to be pulling mobs at 9:15pm, please be online 8:30-8:45 and ready to go.<br>

A point system will be used to process invites. Everyone starts with 20 points. When you are late, no show, or leave early points will be deducted. A no show will deduct 2 points, late 10-15 minutes 1 point. Anything beyond 15 minutes equals 2 points.<br>
When you reach a score of 10 you will move from the primary roster to the alternate roster. Consideration will be given to dependable alternates over regular point earners for moving from alternate to regular roster.<br>

1 point will be restored by two consecutive raid attendance that earn no deductions.<br>

1st and foremost, main spec rolls first, if something is not for your class it is not considered main spec, (hunters rolling on leather, druids rolling on cloth etc)<br>

2nd if no one rolls main spec, it will proceed to offspec rolls.<br>
Off-spec rolls second.<br>
3rd if no one rolls main or offspec the item will be rolled upon for greed.<br>
Greed rolls third.<br>
4th you can only roll 1 time per item.<br>
Re-rolls for ties.<br>
5th you cannot roll on something for the purpouse of giving it to someone else.<br>
Your lost attendance points will affect your rolls score.<br>
6th if there is a tie in rolls, tied players will be asked to roll again.<br>
Example: you roll 50, you’re missing 2 attendance points, your actual roll is 48.<br>
