What is The League?

The League is a 10-Man Raiding team embodied in the Alea Iacta Est guild on the Earthen Ring (US) realm.

We dedicate most of our time to progression in the 10-man version of the Icecrown Citadel raid instance.

This team prides itself on being a friendly, cohesive and knowledgeable group of players that take raiding seriously, yet appreciate and enjoy our time playing with each other.

The League thread on the Extralife / AIE forums is located here:[1].

Raid Days and Times

The League raids from 8:00 PM to 11:00 PM (server time) on both Tuesdays and Thursdays. We recommend members log on ten minutes early so that raid invites can go out and we can arrive to our destination prepared and on-time.

Addons

If you are confident you can get the job done, perform at your peak, and benefit the team as a whole, we will not force mandatory addons upon you. Strongly suggested addons if you do not already posses them, include:

Deadly Boss Mods

Omen

oRA3

Any "class specific" addons that will enhance your playing efficiency:

Such as Grid or Healbot for healers and PallyPower for paladins.

For a minimalistic UI Tukui [2] is excellent.

Looting Rules

We run a standard Suicide Kings (Main spec, then Off) with some variation and oversight.

Also, we pride ourselves on our cohesiveness and our members generally take into consideration the benefit of an item for the group or another team member before claiming an item.

When in doubt, Chromatius will take your loot.

Apply For Membership in The League

We currently have ten players that fill the core group of the team.

However, we are in need of any and all classes to fill alternate slots for these days and times. Interested players should contact Kugo in-game or via PM.

We are aware that real life events can occur without notice (The Lich King's power over the realm of the living is all consuming), and alternates that are ready to step in to help the group can prevent such events from halting our progress for the night.
