General Loot

SIN uses the Loot Council. Yep, thats right we leave it up to Dills to decide who gets the gear.

Tier Loot

Tokens will be determined by the Council (Dills) with people with the least about of 264 tier pieces getting preference.

Class-specific items

Librams/Totems/Relics/etc. are still handled by the SK system as an main spec or offspec roll.
