Just Blame the Healers

Just Blame the Healers is a 10 man raid team within the guild Alea Iacta Est on the Earthen Ring server. We are a mature adult raid team. JBtH was formed by 3 raiders who have been together for over 2 years. We are skilled and dedicated players that like to see things get killed. Our current focus is ICC 10

Raid Times

Tuesdays 8:30 - 11:00pm
Thursdays 8:30 - 11:00pm

With a possible third day being added after we have a solid group. This will be more of a “fun” night where we’ll work on older achievements, ie Naxx/Ulduar Undying, Ulduar Drakes, Algalon, TOTGC mounts.
Invites go out at 8:20, all raiders are expected to be in the instance by 8:25 and start buffing so we can start pulling at 8:30

Loot

We us the Suicide King loot system, facilitated with the KonferSK addon. This is not required by any raiders, only the loot master needs to have it for it to work. Separate lists will be used for difference instances and Tier pieces once we start into Heroic modes. For information on the Suicide King system it can be found here. All BOE's will be main spec, if no one wants it then it will be /roll by the whole raid.

Required Add-ons

Ventrilo – we don't require our raiders to have a working mic or even talk, but you must have vent to listen.

Omen
DBM or BigWigs or Deus Vox Encounters

For decursing/dispelling classes, we require that you have some way of quickly recognizing that something needs to be dispelled so that it can be removed quickly.

Recruitment Needs

We are looking to get a few standby players. We could use a tank, melee and some healers. If the following is true about you, then you just may be what we’re looking for.

   * Strong Knowledge and Understanding of your class
   * Strong Raid awareness (You don’t find yourself dead to fire or boss mechanics every fight)
   * Able to follow Verbal instructions
   * Always prepared for raids

We expect all our raiders to be able to carry their weight. All raiders should come to raids fully prepared with flasks, pots, and food for the night. We expect our raiders to have the best possible gems(epic gems) and chants for there gear. With such a short raid schedule we want to maximize our time and not waste time summoning people or waiting for people to go repair before we start.

We don't expect our raiders to have full 245 epics, but we expect that our raiders to have a mix of 226/232 gear. Which is easily attainable with TOC, the new 5 man ICC instances and badge gear and badge tier gear. Gear is easily fixable so don't let your “Gearscore” be your limiting factor to seeing the Lich King Fall!
