Background and Objectives

We are a casual group of mature gamers. Many of us have families, so late night raiding is very convenient. Some of us have been together since Tier 11. We aren’t a hard core progression team, but we do want to progress at our own pace. We don’t expect you to best the best in the world at your class, but we do ask that you work to improve your gameplay so that the team can move forward.

While many of us are in AIE, we have our own Mumble server for raid communication, so guild membership is not required. Please have Mumble installed before raid. We will give you the server information in raid. Also, please make sure that your gear is fully gemmed and enchanted. We can supply flasks and food if you need it.

In Siege of Orgrimmar, we reached 6/14 Mythic (pre-patch). For Warlords, we plan to begin Highmaul on Dec. 4. Until then, we will meet on raid nights to run Heroic dungeons to gear up. If you are interested in joining the team, please post in our recruitment thread and contact Illmar or Hektic in game.

Recruiting Status

Please post in our recruiting thread in the AIE forums if you are interested in joining.

Requirements

  1. Fully gemmed and enchanted
  2. Mumble (need to be able to listen to the raid leaders)
  3. Deadly Boss Mods

Loot Rules

A Master Looter will call for rolls in the following order until a given drop is awarded.

  1. Roll for MAIN SPEC upgrade (one "win" per evening; pass once you are awarded a drop)
  2. Roll OFF-SPEC upgrade -or- subsequent MAIN SPEC upgrades
  3. Vendor / Disenchant

Open rolls will be called for any non-gear drops such as bags, mounts, recipes, etc. Alternates or other substitutes receive equal loot rights for the encounters they participate in. The Master Looter's decisions are final.

Alternatively, we may use Personal Loot when we begin getting many drops that need to be disenchanted.
