We are a 10 man team for '''casual progression''' currently tackling heroic foes in the Dragon Soul Raid. We are ready to level up and start attacking Mists of Pandaria raid bosses as soon as we are all able. As with most patches raid teams have a chance to fizzle but H&HG is going strong.  We don't expect much fallout but if your team fizzles or your looking for a new home we'd be happy to add mature and polite people to our standby list.  Check our raid times and see ya in game.
About Us:  We are a casual group of mature gamers. Many of us have families, so late night raiding is very convenient. Some of us have been together since Tier 11.  We aren’t a hard core progression team, but we do want to progress at our own pace.  We don’t expect you to best the best in the world at your class, but we do ask that you work to improve your gameplay so that the team can move forward.


Our mission is to have fun and see some (if not all) the content people may have missed. Because we emphasize a fun and social team culture over hardcore progression, it will be a great place for just about anyone. We accept all experience and gear levels, be you brand new to raiding or someone well-seasoned looking to play an alt or somewhere in between.
While many of us are in AIE Dignitas, we have our own Discord server for raid communication, so guild membership is not required.  Please have Discord installed before raid.  We will give you the server information in raid.  Also, please make sure that your gear is fully gemmed and enchanted.  We can supply flasks and food if you need it.
 
If you are interested in joining the team, please post in our recruitment thread and contact Illmar in game. We want people to raid with us for a while before becoming full members of the team.  A subset of the team meets periodically to make membership decisions.  Once a person is granted full membership in the team, they can access our team bank.
