What we are:

We are a CASUAL raiding group, that believes in a group of ppl coming together, enjoying each other's company, having a ton of laughs, while breaking stuff!!! So when I say "casual" this does not mean lets not work for anything, it just means NO serious raiding mentality, and NO CRANKY PANTS!!! lol. ok now to the important stuffs...

Raid Times are on Wednesdays from 8pm-11pm SERVER time

IMPORTANT INFO:

GEAR REQUIREMENTS:

Your gear is expected to be at an average of 226 item level in order to be viable in our currnet content. However, if you are slightly undergeared do not let that discourage you from inquiring about a position, knowing how to have fun in game is most important, also knowing your class is second, and gear is coming in third imo. It will also be expected to have your gear enhancements up to date. Meaning, all items properly gemmed and enchanted (belt buckles too). Don't expect to come into 25 man wearing pvp gear O.O lol (yes it has happend) lol

LOOT RULES:

Loot Distribution: We are currently using the "Suicide Kings" loot system. It is designed for speed, fairness, just ensures that everyone has a chance at getting some goods :P. The mentality behind this is that we want to be a well geared group, not a group with a few well geared individuals.

BE PREPARED: (even though we are CASUAL, this does not mean /shrug)

YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO HAVE THE FOLLOWING THINGS READY PRIOR TO YOUR SCHEDULED RAID TIME

BE ON TIME:

We want to be ready to roll at 8:00pm EST so please try to be online and ready for an invite at 7:45pm EST. ~~If you are not on line by 8pm I will begin replacement unless I have heard from you.~~ Also, ACCEPTANCE of calandar invite is a MUST, if you do not accept by Tuesday, you will be removed from invite and replaced for that raid. This is just to ensure we are starting on time Just communicate, I am around most times, (Galadrielz, Zyso, Belisama are my three toons I am on) if you have something in RL that has come up that is TOTALLY kewl But please don't cancel with the group and then go online and raid or do other stuff instead lol.

FOOD BUFFS/FlASKS/POTS/ REAGENTS:

Have all the reagents you will need for raid buffs, etc. And we try to have Fish Feasts and Flasks, but do not depend on the raid to provide these every time. I will always bring a fair ammount just in case but please try to bring what you need. (ppl have been wonderful with the feasts, and flasks btw) Belisama, and Zyso are both alchemists/herbalists. And would be happy to make stuff for you just shoot me the mats and what it is that you want (belisama is the potions master, and Zyso is the elixir master).

REPAIR:

Be fully repaired prior to raid time and have enough gold to be able to repair during the raid. We are a new group that will have a learning and adjustment period, so we may have a few bumps and bruises along the way :P

SUMMONS:

PLEASE Be at the instance or heading that way prior to raid time. Don't assume that just because we have warlocks that they can summon you. The quicker we're all in the instance, the quicker we get started.

HOMEWORK:

Try to read up on fights, and what your role is in them. While one of my tanks will be explaining the overall fight, it is still important for you to know your role individually as well. I have found that Tanksspot is a good one (if anyone else has better info let me know and I will post it here). Also seeing these actually help for visual aids.

KNOW WHAT YOU WANT FOR LOOTZ/AND DON'T BE AFK:

Look at the loot available and compare it to your current gear. There are also mods to compare as well. This should make any decisions quicker and easier. And during loot pass out please pay attention, don't immediatly go AFK after a boss kill, if you do you may lose your chance at the loot.

ALSO...YOU MUST HAVE VENT (You are not required to speak, but are required to listen) We will be using my personal vent, that will be given out in the raid, as you are invited to group.
