We use a Suicide Kings method of loot distribution. So no whining!
Bidding works on main spec, then offspec lists. If no one bids then it goes to Patchem for DE, and into the raid bank. Tier items are on yet another list, seperate from the main- and off-spec ones. Skinning, deconstructing, taste testing, crafting patterns, etc, is simply an open roll by those eligible. But try not to hog all the stuff.
