It takes two stacks of each fish to make one stack of Seafood Magnifique. We use roughly 1/2 stack per night.
- Lavascale Catfish doesn't school. The best place for these is Deepholm at Deathwings Fall. The drop rate here is a little better than 25%, so you'll get lots of Sharptooth, some Albino Cavefish and some Volatile Water. (The Albino Cave Fish brings a fair price on the AH. Sharptooth usually sells, the price isn't great, but clears your bags and gives you some return for your time.)
- Highland Guppy can be fished in Twilight Highlands from schools. I usually run the riverbed all the way up into the lake above the waterfall at Victor's Point. These go fairly quickly unless a lot of folks are fishing for them. If you find the fishing light, you can usually get two stacks in fairly short order. You'll want to watch out for the Enslaved Elementals in this area, but they're mostly just annoying.
- Fathom Eel can be fished in Tol Barrad Peninsula. Take along a potion of water walking. You should be able to run the circle two or three times and get two stacks of Eel. Watch out for Jaws in the Cape of Lost Hope area. He swims through the shipwrecks and hits pretty hard when all you have in your hand is a fishing rod.
