Insane Horde Posse
Insane Horde Posse is a Casually Serious 10 Man Team. You may ask what "Casually Serious" means, and I will tell you. We have a limited raiding schedule, but we are very serious about getting as much quality raiding done in that limited time as possible.
We are about to start our plunge into ICC. We have come a long way from the rag-tag group of misfits that had 25 total Raid Boss Kills amongst the whole group and turned into a tight knit group team.
Raid Schedule
We raid on Tuesdays from 9:00 to 11:30. 9:00-11:00 is Progression raiding. 11:00-11:30 is weekly raid.
Gear Requirements
We are in ICC. We expect your to have gear appropriate for that content. We measure gear readiness on Wow-heroes.

DBM (or something similiar)
Threat Meter (omen/skada) Have it up and running.
Vent with mic (mic is not a optional item. You don't have to talk alot, but calling for help when needed is a must)
Flasks/Pots/Scrolls/special foods (everyone is expected to start bringing flasks and pots appropriate for their class. If you have questions about what are appropriate for your class, ask. THEY ARE A REQUIREMENT)
During Raids
We will keep the mood light. Fights will be getting progressively more difficult, and we will need to keep the mood in vent as upbeat as possible. There will be fights that may take us 4-6 hours to learn....that is 2-3 weeks with our raid times...so be prepared. Vent banter will be kept family friendly.
Raid Time Expectations
We only raid for 2 hours a week so being on time is a must.
Raid invites will start at 8:45.
Unless prior arrangements have been made for you to be late, you will be replaced at 8:50. With Prior arrangements, you will be given until 8:55 before being replaced. If you are replaced the person replacing you will not be asked, or expected, to relinquish his spot in the raid that night.
Videos for the upcoming fights need to be watched. Only brief summaries of the fights will be given during raid time. If you are continually neglegent on this, you will be replaced. We do not have the time to go into detailed explanations of each fight before each encounter.

These are our current strategies on Boss fights in ICC. As we down more bosses, and find better ways to do old bosses, we will be updating this section. If there is a fight NOT in this section, then please refer to the appropriate "Tank Spot Project Marmot" video for the fight you are looking for.

Loot Rules
We us a Suicide Kings Loot System with Main Spec then Off-spec Priorities. Anything not used is disenchanted and the shards are rolled on. The SK order is kept here for anyone too see at anytime. "SSK worksheet"

Standby Members
Our standby list is going to consist of no more than 4 people 1 tank 2 DPS 1 Healer (it may never get to 4 people).
Standby's will be the people that we turn to first when some one is not here at 8:50.
Gearing up of Standby Members
The role of a Standby person is difficult. You don't know if you are going to needed from night to night. Your patience will not go un-rewarded. As we get wings on Farm, we will get our Stanby people in to get gear. We can't have people on standby waiting to help us that if they come in don't have the gear to help us. However, It is also helpful for all standby personnel to make sure they are as geared as they can be through non-raiding means.(This will be a little different now as everyone is well geared for ICC10.)
