Hit It And Crit It Raid Update

This is to provide an update as to the current and future state of the Hit It And Crit It Raid Team.

As you may or may not already be aware of due to low attendance over the past several weeks Hit It And Crit It will be making changes to not only our raid times but our raid roster as well. The changes are outlined below.

• Raids will be held on Friday nights with a start time of 9:00p.m Server. Raids will resume Saturday nights with a start time of 8:00p.m Server. We will NOT be raiding on Sundays as of the 11th of April.

• Raid invites will be handled 1month at a time. All raid invites for the month will be put on the calendar at the same time. On your calendar you will see 2different invites for Friday nights. The first will be set for 9:00p.m Server and will have the title of VoA. This invite will include both VoA and the currently weekly raid. The second invite will be set for 9:05p.m Server and will have the title of ICC. This raid will be held immediately after VoA and the Weekly.

• Current Hit It And Crit It members are considered Core Raiders. They will receive priority invites to all raids. Core Raiders will however only have till Wednesday to sign up for the weeks raid. Any Core Raider not signed up by Wednesday can have their position given to a Stand-By Raider. This is being done to allow Stand-By Raiders fair time to prepare for raid or find a PUG raid for the week.

• Hit It and Crit it will be opening membership for a small handful of Stand-By Raiders. This is to allow us a greater chance of having a full 10-man team each week. Please refer to [1] to view our current recruitment. If you know anyone that fits what we are looking for or anyone that would fit with our group in general please contact me so we can work on possibly having them raid with us.

• Because of the new recruitment the raids scheduled for the 17th and 18th of April will be scheduled for the following:

• • Friday: Start time 9:00p.m Server: VoA/Weekly/ToC

• • Saturday: Start time 8:00p.m Server: Ulduar Hardmodes

• • There is a possibility that both ToC and Ulduar Hardmodes will be a Fresh ICC10 run. This is dependent on the level of Stand-By Raiders we will be trying out.
