A General note on ELMO members
Basic rules apply here - know your class, learn the fights, and respect the team. Everyone is here to have fun through participation and progression.
As a progression team, ELMO requires that its members have the gear and experience they need to fulfill their role(s). This means that tanks need to know the fights and have the gear needed to survive them. Healers need the power and endurance to complete long, heavy hitting encounters without OOMing or letting a tank die. DPS needs to hit hard and be capable of doing so without pulling aggro from the tank.
How can I become a part of the ELMO team?
Membership is by invitation after the group has had several opportunities to run with an individual. One may post to the thread on the AIE raiding board or whisper the Raid Manager/Leader to be considered for an open spot in an upcoming raid. Kindly be aware that the AA group rarely has open raid or membership spots. Invitations may therefore be infrequent.
