| :My name is Advancement, and I am here to form the next 10-man raiding group. Before I explain what I am looking for, and where I'd like to go, I'd first like to introduce myself: my current main is a level 80 Female Tauren Protection Warrior. I've raided extensively in WoTLK as both a Main Tank and Off Tank, as both a Raid Leader and Casual Raider. My alts include: Kernalpanic - 73 Affliction Warlock & Thesaurus - 75 Restoration Druid; I have a few lower level toons(Priest, Rogue, DK), but I would call Advancement my main focus and understanding.

| :I would like to create this new raiding group, with a focus not on gear or achievements(not that those aren't goals), but rather fun, progress, and exploration. I would like to start raiding Naxxaramas 10 & OS 10 (No Drake). After getting a feel for the raid and it's niche, we can discuss what to shoot for next. I would first like to start with a working schedule, then touch on loot, and finally composition.
