Insane Horde Posse

Insane Horde Posse is a Casually Serious 10 Man Team. You may ask what "Casually Serious" means, and I will tell you. We have a limited raiding schedule, but we are very serious about getting as much quality raiding done in that limited time as possible.

We are currently running Heroic Dragon Soul. We are not currently looking for any new members but love running with other guildies when we are missing some team members.

Raid Schedule

We raid on Tuesdays from 9:00 to 11:30. That's it. Two and a half hours a week to get as much quality raiding in as possible!

Gear Requirements

We expect your to have gear appropriate for the content that we are running.
We expect that all team members will have any new gear properly gemmed/enchanted/reforged by the next raid night. You are not expected to always get the best enchant if the cost is ridiculous. We are not a hard core progression team and don't expect you to shell out the gold like we are one. We do have both JC's and enchanters on the team to help so don't think you have to hit the AH all the time.
Always use proper gems/enchants/reforging for your class and spec. Improper gem/enchant/reforge will be discussed. If you don't know what is best for your character...ask.

Raid Requirements

DBM (or something similiar)
Threat Meter (omen/skada) Have it up and running.
Vent with mic (mic is not a optional item. You don't have to talk alot, but calling for help when needed is a must)
Flasks/Pots/Scrolls/special foods (everyone is expected to start bringing flasks and pots appropriate for their class. If you have questions about what are appropriate for your class, ask. THEY ARE A REQUIREMENT)
During Raids
We will keep the mood light. Fights will be getting progressively more difficult, and we will need to keep the mood in vent as upbeat as possible. There will be fights that may take us 4-6 hours to learn....that is 2-3 weeks with our raid times...so be prepared. Vent banter can be adult but religion and politics are off-limits.
Raid Time Expectations
We only raid for 2 1/2 hours a week so being on time is a must. Raid invites will start at 8:45. Unless prior arrangements have been made for you to be late, you will be replaced at 8:50. With Prior arrangements, you will be given until 8:55 before being replaced. If you are replaced the person replacing you will not be asked, or expected, to relinquish his spot in the raid that night.
Videos for the upcoming fights need to be watched. Only brief summaries of the fights will be given during raid time. If you are continually neglegent on this, you will be replaced. We do not have the time to go into detailed explanations of each fight before each encounter.

Recruitment

As of 5/30/2012 we do not currently have any recruiting needs. We do not believe in alternates in IHP. Instead, we rotate everyone through to keep the team geared and everyone having fun. Those team members that are not on the schedule for the week are on stand-by.

Loot Rules

We use /roll for main spec first and then off spec second. Unless it is a Tier Piece, we try to make sure the loot goes where it is needed most.
