History
<To The Pain> is part of the Alea Iacta Est Gravitas sub-guild. The team was founded in late April of 2011, from the ashes of the <Achievementality> 25 man raid team. Its mission is to complete all end-game raid content in a fun, drama-free environment.
Its name is a line from the 1987 fantasy comedy The Princess Bride.
Patch 4.0 - <To The Pain> cleared Bastion of Twilight on June 11th. Blackwing Descent was cleared on July 16. Throne of the Four Winds was completed on July 23rd.
Patch 4.2 - <To The Pain> cleared Firelands on October 3rd. Heroic Firelands runs began soon afterwards. As of this date, <To The Pain> has downed three of the seven bosses on heroic mode.
Patch 4.3 - Currently <To The Pain> is fighting in Dragon Soul, with five out of eight bosses cleared the first week of its release.
Raid Schedule
- Monday 9:00pm - 11:30pm Server Time
- Wednesday 9:00pm - 11:00pm Server Time
- Saturday 7:30pm - 11:30pm Server Time
Loot
We are performing a /roll on all epic quality loot. Fangs of the Father Quest Items will be distributed to our rogue, Theiel.
Priority for epic loot is: Main Spec>Off Spec>D/E (all too obvious)
Tier Gear will be distributed by a /roll with limitations given to those who share your token up to the 2 piece and 4 piece bonuses (just like we did for 4.2).
For BoEs, priority is: Main Spec>Off Spec>Alts (any alt, open roll)>AH (open roll)
