WELCOME TO N.W.P!!!
Hey, we are a CASUAL raiding group, that believes in a group of ppl coming together, enjoying each other's company, having a ton of laughs, while breaking stuff!!! So when I say "casual" this does not mean lets not work for anything, it just means NO serious raiding mentality, and NO CRANKY PANTS!!! lol. ok now to the important stuffs...

We are still activly recuriting a few ranged *cough hunters*, and hopefully a pally or shammy healer. Also we are always in need of "alts" for when ppl simply just can not be there. :)
Now I have said we are casual, but a few things are still important...
Loot Distribution:
We are currently using the "Suicide Kings" loot system. It is designed for speed, fairness, just ensures that everyone has a chance.
Gear Requirements:
Your gear is expected to be at an average of 226 item level in order to be viable in our currnet content. However, if you are slightly undergeared do not let that discourage you from applying. It will also be expected to be enchanted properly, gemmed, and have proper enhancements such as shoulder and head rep enhancements, belt buckles, etc.
Expected Preparation:
You will be required to have the following things ready PRIOR to your scheduled time to raid:
1. On Time - The goal is to be in the instance and ready to roll at 9:00pm EST so please try to be online and ready for an invite at 8:45pm EST as that's when we will start doing the invites. If the raid isn't filled, then we'll continue issuing invites based on the calendar every 5 minutes until 9:00pm EST. If the raid still isn't filled, then we'll start looking outside the group to fill spots.
2. Food - We try to have Fish Feasts, but do not depend on the raid to provide these every time. It's a great idea to have your best stat food ready and in your bag just in case (or if a Fish Feast just isn't your thing lol)
3. Flasks - Have your best stat flask, bring atleast 3 since we can go 3 hours at one time. Those of you who use to run 10 man know that I use to provide the flasks for the raid. Unfortunatly I am not able to do that in 25 man lol. Belisama, and Zyso are both alchemists/herbalists. And would be happy to make stuff for you if you provide the mats. :)
4. Repair - Be fully repaired prior to raid time and have plenty of gold to be able to repair during the raid (especially when we're forging into new content).
5. On Site - Be at the instance or heading that way prior to raid time. The quicker we're all in the instance, the quicker we get started.
6. Study fights - Try to read up on specific fights, and what your role is in them. While one of my tanks will be explaining the overall fight, it is still important for you to know your role individually as well. This information can be found at Tanksspot or bosskillers(if anyone else has better info let me know and I will post it here).
7. Study loot - Look at the loot available and compare it to your current gear. There are also mods to compare as well (if anyone has links I can post them in here just let me know). This should make your upgrade decisions a lot faster and easier. And during loot pass out please pay attention, and don't immediatly go AFK after a boss kill, if you do you may lose your chance to roll on something.
8. Reagents - Have all the reagents you will need for raid buffs, etc.
ALSO...YOU MUST HAVE VENT (You are not required to speak, but are required to listen)

Deadly Boss Mods or Bigwigs (or other raid warning system) Omen (or other threat meter)
