Alternates
One tier above standby, where we turn first if we have a role to fill on a given night or for full-time status. We try to have two to three of each role on this list, so that even if a good chunk of our main roster are out for whatever reason, we still have a good chance of having a full team without having to pull from standby or LFG.

Since real life always comes first we rely on our Standby list. This list, in no particular order, is where we pull from first to fill our raid. This is also where we would promote from to fill our Raider ranks.
