Bank ALT Guild

Last night mentioned the possibility of getting our bank alts into a guild of their own. That way we could have a guild vault so when we need to transfer mats from one person or another we won't have to wait on the mail or try to coordinate a meeting to exchange the mats. I'm all for this, what do you all think?--Pixie91075 21:25, 17 May 2009 (UTC)

In my limited history of using the current bank alt (Indybank) for the team, I think it would make things much easier to put all our bank alts in their own guild for ease of mats transfer and donation. I will put this idea out soon. --Tyberiuss 03:12, 18 May 2009 (UTC)

I've still got my own guild mainly for bank purposes and as a left-over from my horde guild. I find it very useful to have 3 extra guild bank tabs besides the "banker" toons storage. Since I am active on 2 wow accounts, I have two bank toons depending on which account I am in I find it much easier to transfer items from account to account without the 1 hour wait time from email. I just mail the item to the banker toon on the same account, deposit in my guild bank, load the bank toon on the other account, get the item, mail it to toon on that account - takes 5 minutes instead of waiting 60. All in all I find an alternate guild bank situation very useful for my own purposes, and would think it even more useful for a raiding group's stash of mats, elixirs, food and potentially repair fund (although it would not be automatic like in a primary gbank situation) - Firfeldre
