Raid Expectations

All raiders are expected to adhere to the following:

• All raiders are expected to show up on time to any raid they have signed up to. There are many ways to reach the leaders if you are going to be late your are asked to inform us.

• All raiders are expected to be prepared at the start of the raid. This includes having potions/elixirs/reagents/ammo at the start of raid.

• All raiders are expected to read up on a boss fight. Raiders are also expected to unmute the Music bot in vent and listen to the fight video which will be streamed.

• All raiders are expected to contribute equally to the raid via professions.
  • Jewelcrafters are asked to have some rare and if possible epic uncut gems on them at the start of raid to cut gems for geared acquired during the raid.
  • Alchemist are asked to have herbs or potions on then to help those that have ran out during the raid.
  • Blacksmiths are asked to have at least 1 eternal belt buckle on them at the start of the raid.
  • Leatherworkers and Tailors are expected to have mats on them to make at least 1 leg enchant pertaining to their profession.
  • Enchanters are asked to have some basic enchanting mats.
  • If you only gather mats via mining, herbalism, or skinning, you are asked to have a minimum of 1 stack for the higher level mats. To supply the crafters should they need them.
    • Miners are asked to have a minimum of 1 stack of Saronite Ore, 4 stacks would be appreciated.
    • Skinners are asked to have minimum of 1 stack of Borean Leather, 4 stacks would be appreciated. Any Arctic Fur would be greatly appreciated.
    • Herbalist are asked to have a hand full of the Northren Herbs. We do not require a stack of any particular herb instead ask for a hand full of all of them.

• All raiders are expected to make attempts outside of Hit It And Crit It to obtain gear via emblems, or Heroics should they need it. We don't mind helping but do ask that you make an effort on your own.
• All raiders are expected to listen to the raid leaders. If you feel you have been asked to much please feel free to speak up.
